William G. O'Brien
President and Chief Executive Officer
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pinncon, Bill brings a broad range of professional experience and proven talent to the firm. A former senior executive with the Stop & Shop Companies, he has more than 25 years experience managing the design, development and construction of large commercial and industrial projects. As Director of Construction and Real Estate for Stop & Shop, O'Brien helped pioneer the "superstore" concept and oversaw the company’s expansion into the real estate development area. As Executive Vice President of Boston Development Associates, O'Brien managed development and construction of major retail projects, including oversight of store planning, construction and real estate development.

Robert M. McQuaid
Chief Financial Officer
Bob has 20 years of experience in finance and management of commercial, industrial and residential real estate. Before joining Pinncon, he managed a national portfolio of retail shopping centers and was responsible for capital planning, market positioning and project development. Bob has held key positions with Boston Development Associates of Boston, with Brookline Savings Bank of Brookline, MA, and with Ashworth Mortgage Corporation of Boston.

Jim Thompson
Executive Vice President, Director of Construction
As Vice President and Director of Construction, Jim oversees all contract administration and construction projects for the company. Originally trained as a Civil Engineer, Jim has insight into the construction process, and has more than 25 years experience in commercial, industrial and residential development and construction. Prior to working for Pinncon, Jim directed Engineering and Construction for major retail corporations. He served as Director of Engineering and Construction at Star Market (Shaw's), and was Manager of Construction at BJ's Wholesale Club. Jim holds a Massachusetts E.I.T. License.
